The 11-year-old Moss Park Elementary School student who was shocked with a Taser gun Thursday appeared before a judge Friday.
The girl went before a judge Friday. The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that the student was 5-foot-5 and 160 to 170 pounds, but her mother said Friday that's not true and that her daughter is actually 5-foot-1, she could have been subdued in a different way. She also said her daugh
ter did not intentionally punch the resource officer.
