actually ALL the companies steal from linux.. sad. the doc bar thingy on mac? stolen from linux. linux had that years before mac. 3d effects in vista? very poor copy of a free program called compiz( or Byrle ) that has been out for at least 4 years( compiz took over beryl ) these are just the facts. Linux is gnu source so they can legally copy what they want; but they should try coming up with their own stuff.....

Well, David, although Vista's search box and Spotlight is in the different position, its function is the same. Although Gadjets and Widgets have different names, but they share the same function -- weather, clock, sticky notes, etc. I think your video is not persuasive enough.

I think he was being ironic. He showed us the simuleraties, wich weere extremly clear. Like the Chess thingy, and especially the gadgets things, who looks exactly the same as the widgets I have on my iMac and my MacBook Pro!

yeh, that guy doesnt know what he says. they TOOK ideas but made it a little different. I bet the next version of vista will have a calculator in the search menu in the start bar. Alot of people who defend vista dont relize this. Gadgets - dashboard, who gives a shit, its the same thing

...You're a total failure. Just because the features that Vista has are similar MAC OS and switched around DOES NOT MEAN Microsoft did not take the ideas. It seems like they copied MAC OS pretty much. Though Vista does have a better feel.
