| i think the whole "nero is vergil" rumors begin with a bad translated early dmc4 interview mentioned about original nero's personality (who shared similarities with dmc3's dante & vergil) NO, nero is not vergil ! even though I used to be against with this theory but this final trailer shows that "give me more power" speech really may be influence by vergil. |

| wow...well anyway I don't think Nero is Vergil, but was in fact, and I warn you this is a crazy ass theory, a normal person who was unfortunate enough to become possessed by Virgil's wandering soul sans his defeat at the hands of Dante in DMC1 (if you can recall he turned into a ball of light and zipped away) |

| okay okay so he didn't exactly "zip away", but I'm standing by my theory. How else could Vergil have obtained that person-esque Nelo Angelo form that stood behind him huh? "Power, give me more power!" sounds posessed to me. Also I believe Vergil's Yamato will be this game's new mcguffin because it looks like everyone freaking wants it. |
