The U.S. Constitution does not guarantee the right of any foreigner to live and work in the U.S., far more to be a citizen. This is just a privilege extended as in any other country. The economy cannot sustain unbridled immigration. This problem has to be fixed, otherwise, sooner or later a moratorium might even have to be placed on legal migration.

It's funny how these western countries draft immigration laws mainly against third world countries (which are predominantly black) when they came to Africa without invitation only to exploit our resources an manpower but now that we are going there to enjoy our stolen resources they restrict us. They are however allowed to enter in ANY african country without any problem... AREN'T WE ALL HUMANS AFTER ALL??

REAL IMMIGRATION REFORM
1. Secure the US Border
2. Mandate a national employee database and tie in the IRS, SSA & DMV
3. Require all documented migrant workers to take an RFID chip with all known records, similar to what cattle ranchers do.
4. Confiscate the assets of businesses that knowingly hire undocumented illegals, like drug houses.
5. End Anchor Babies and chain migration
Bill state/federal costs to their countrys government for enforcement, and tie foreign aid to this.
