i dont use this precious time to heavily criticise a song or anything for that matter, but my goodness people i dont see why youre giving this a 4.5/5. it doesnt deserve at all. this song is, i must say the worst remake of a well-known, all time favourite classic ever. its so inappropriately composed, just FREAKING HORRIBLE.

The record company wanted her to do a remake of this song.The only way she would do it is if she could do it her way. I loved it so much that when I saw the video for the first time in 1996 (I think) I went to the Warehouse & bought the cd. I have no clue why she did not make it. There is another singer from that time named Tonya Blaunt the should have made it from around that time. Chantay no matter what they say you're version is cool. I like it.

Can't none of yall haters do better and is probably a bunch of young bucks who don't know how to appreciate diversity in music. If evrybody sung the songs the same way there wouldn't be any variety. Chantay did great. This was back in the day when music meant somethin besides bumpin and grindin. This layed back rock your head to it version is nice.
