I want a serious reply from an intelligent mature person. Not the usual insults or angry responses, but rational intelligent responses. I believe there is no God. Christians love to use the complexity of nature as proof of God. Problem is, you only want to look at the nice things, the pretty things, favorable things, for a reason to believe. What about the horrible things? What about a babies that are raped and murdered? Horrible deformities? Natural disasters that kill thousands? continued....

Are you telling me that natural disasters that kill thousands, babies born with 2 heads, etc. are caused by "original sin" or "the fall of man?" Please check the live leak video here and explain to me why an all knowing, all powerful, perfect God who loves us would create a system where these things happen. telusia- No body knows why God lets horrible things happen...at sometimes I do question my faith...its something that is beyond our logical HUMAN understanding. Its something that will be answered when I meet my maker face to face.

Lastly, don't STEREOTYPE CHRISTians by say that all we want to do is look at the "nice things" in life as if we neglect the injustices and inpoverished in this world...helping the poor and standing up for the abused is a CENTRAL idea of CHRIST'S teachings. CHRISTians as a proportion of society are the most generous people on the planet...you will find more people that claim to be CHRISTians involved in charity work than anyother group...if you don't believe me LOOK IT UP!

God?...Sorry to say that the God christians and many other unevolved religions believe in does not exist, cannot exist! Its like believing in Santaclaus, or the tooth fairy! Its silly, I don't mean to be mean but christians and many others have no future!, only death. We must leave such mysticism behind, we must evolve like Jesus Christ wanted us to. True CHIRSTianity is not a religion! Religion is a fallable MANMADE idea. To be a CHRISTian is to be "CHRISTlike" to faithfully follow CHIRST's teachings and have a heart for the ONE that SENT Jesus to this earth! There is only ONE GOD. Sitting in judgement of others and tearing them down IS mean and hurtful. Jesus was and IS the son of God, not a living organism like you and I. Your comments only strengthen CHRISTians' faith and motivate us to show love to those who don't know the Lord.

Oh yeah! there is also no such thing as heaven and hell! That theory was mustured up by Plato the philosopher. His theory of the planet was sandwich like! Heaven above, Hell below and us in the middle. Silly! Having such beliefs like that stop our brains from proper development. It's like believing that the earth is flat! Can you exist when you are no longer existing? Does it make sense to die and leave all family and all cherished things behind because we are going to live when we are dead?...

Zorkntatertotter, think for a moment please. When a Christian believes in Jesus there is hope in eternal life after He returns. There is nothing to lose if we are wrong. Non believers though, if they don't believe in Jesus have nothing to gain if they are right in Jesus not being real, and everything to lose (eternal life with Him) if He is real. Think about this...
