| And....what's bullshit about it? I thought we already discussed this. At this point you're just stalking and trolling, and you're about to get reported and blocked. Either coherently, intelligently DISCUSS, or get off my videos. Period. I don't mind turning of comments for my vids - it doesn't hurt me any. It does limit people who want to chat about the vid to messaging, and that's a shame, because it limits imput. |

| have we? i dont remember ever talking to you? if i have, i appologize, i am not targeting you. I am a lindy hop fanatic and purist. I like to watch vids as they come out (ie, search "lindy hop" and sort by date). the comment above is not a personal attack, i just really hate hizzop. because usually the beat and the bars in the music isnt even close to swing music, and what comes out is a dance that looks like deformed rock and roll, which is another dance i really enjoy.. |

| Ive been into swing dancing around 50 years but this is the first time I have come across Hizzop lindy. What is the origins of this style how does it differ from traditional Lindy? Looks interesting ( All dance is good ) |

| Lindy Hop fanatic? Fine. Purist...eh. The dance itself is an aggolmeration of dances and is still evolving. Its evolved and changed a lot since it re-emerged as a popular dance starting in the 80s. Hell, its changed a lot since some vids I watched the other day of a 2002 dance contest. Ideas of how its supposed to be danced vary from region to region - Kansas doesn't dance like Colorado and we're next door to each other. Pure? Please. |
