lol @ idiots here saying this engine is shit, obviously have no idea what they are talking about hahaha 1536nm torque @ 5400 RPM isnt bad and this engine has kept it up for something like 4 years now. 80% of its toruqe available between 2k - 6k acteuro03, only the type r engines are hand made.. same with ford's FPV engines... they are all hand made... you dont know what your talking about so STFU before you make yourself look more stupid? Is this video linked to a supra fan site or something???

and your comparing that to a turbo four cylinder? The 2JZ is the supras TOP motor, but if you wanna compare top motors why not throw a twin turbo 501 into a mustang and see which is faster? Better bring your tissues

it wouldnt matter because the heat build up is coused by the back pressure form the collector..length would only make a longer pipe heat up......this help?

ive got a tafe certicate 1 in safty and rebuilding small motors and atm @ mirani high im in a project were i build a drag car and also do certicate 1 in automotive so yea i i din`t kno any thing about cars or engines me life would b a train wreck and id b jobless in future coz ive fail garde 8 and 9 and im jst passing year 10 so hope fully them certifcates will get me a job and the empolyer will look @ my certifcates and not my skool grades and hopefulli ill get apretiship

Eh dont worry about the exhuast temps amigo, stainless steel has a high metling temp, they could run that shit red hot all day and not have any problems with failure. the back-pressure from the turbo makes more heat, but without any back-pressure the turbo wouldnt spool.

You cant run the manifold too much different than that - it wont clear the shock tower, K-frame or engine mounting position. The heat in the pipes are not too excessive as they are stainless.
