If its the XFX 9800GX2 700M version, yes, there is a small difference. 700M means its GPU speed, which is the 3dcards "cpu" or "brain", is clocked 100Mhz more than a standard 9800GX2, which is 600mhz. Ergo the XFX 9800GX2(M700) is a little bit faster than a standard 9800GX2 600 GPU like the KFA2/Galaxy card. Warning: The XFX 9800GX2 comes in three versions. The M700, M680 and M640, which all numbers tell the clock speed of the GPU. Price wise you can just as well get the XFX 9800GX2 M700.
