Thanx for the reply Boys, Haha, yeah.... that BC thing is kind of an aquired taste but nice for a change once in a while. Obviously ya stay away from the ketchup and Mustard or mayo etc. But just a simple BBQ'd patty of chuck, a big tomato slice, onions and Romaine lettuce and then pour some GOOD Bleu cheese dressing over it and you're in heaven..... Keep the great vids a comin' boys...

hey PappyTaylor, buffalo is real lean meat as you know but if your butcher can grind up some chuck 80% for ya that would work real well on the grill. Otherwise sear 'em and serve them med rare or rare with some 'chup or sauce, cheese and a big ol' fat onion, a slice of garden tomato, sliced pickles, and all on a fresh roll. -BBQ Pit Boys

BBQ boys!! love the channel but I got ask about the lighter fluid. Surely you must notice the acrid taste compared to a chemical free chimney start. Thoughts? P.S. loved the brick oven pizza trick.
hep ... ( 1 week ago by BBQPitBoys)
hep michaeljohnmaloney, this question occasionally comes up. As we have said before if the fluid is used correctly, it is perfectly safe to use. Although we most often use the chimney method there are occasions when the fluid (refined filtered kero)comes in handy. Just remember, let the coals turn white before adding any food to the fire and then there's no residue taste to worry about. -BBQ Pit Boys

It looks so good... I have so many cooking plans when I get my own place, but subscribing to this channel convinced me I'll need to make room for a barbecue :D The voice is a little too much though. "Looks ready to eat already" at the unbaked meat sounds a little random. I don't really care, but I preferred the first. Doesn't really matter though. You rock either way, so do it however you like :P

hey Ptrrrrrrrr. thanks for those kind words, i think. My wife feels the same about my voice, so we don't speak much! But the older ya get, what ya say don't matter as much as how ya say it. So turn down the volume and get those Barbecue Shoes of yours on...!

hey KaMhuKhako, we use ground chuck (80%/20%)so the burgers stay together as made -and better yet, they taste real fine! If you are using 90% lean ground beef then adding a binder and some moisture may not be a bad idea. -BBQ Pit Boys
