| I usually imagine it just a vague channel of energy and then at necessity build the visualisation, not really important as long as there is movement in the right direction of the microcosmic orbit: up on the back and down throught the chest right donw into the lower abdomen. |

| Haha! Well the Micro cosmic orbit could turn into a "opresive delema!" It's actually a female meditation. It also does a whole bunch of other crazy stuff! It could give you a buddah belly over time and also cause eye damage because of all the chi your bringing over your eyes! Guys! You should be doing the "reverse Microcosmic orbit!" It's the same just backwards but don't put your hands behind your head at all! |

| I have read a few sources that do recommend going up with the breath in for kundalini which is opposite. I kind of want to clear this up before I practice it much. Or does it really make a huge difference? |
