it get easier with time. you'll learn to use other muscles to hold and knock people off balance so your squeeze gets stronger and less expending for you. Keep it real, 5190. Ciao.

dude, that choke really works! i trained a lot at my local dojo until i mastered it, then, the same day i went to my house and tried it on my dog and my little bro. The dog lasted more, but they both tried to bite me before they fall asleep... thanks for posting this!

dude...you're making some basics mistakes at the beggining of this position. if you sprol with the two arms hugging your oponent like you did, here in brazil you're gonna get sweepd. the choke is all right though.
