You don't know whether or not grass was existant back then. Did you live in the age of the dinosaurs? Yeah I didn't think so.

I enjoyed the video and feel you have been harshly judged on the grass issue. Frankly, the fossil record is poor in regards to grasses. The earliest monocot fossils date to the Early Cretaceous, contemporary to late Allosaurus. Actual fossil evidence of grasses occur in the Late Cretaceous, well after Allosaurus, but certainly was present with later dinosauria. It is in the realm of possibility, that an early grass-like monocot was present along side Allosaurus.

That was great (congratulations), but you made two or three anatomical mistakes :
1 - the eye is not in the right place. Count three holes (skull openings) from the rear: the eye is in the second, just behind the upper bump of the skull.
2 - The throat is too thin, it should begin from the middle of the jaw...
3 - You rendered also the teeth even thiner than they were in the fossile.
And that's all concerning anatomy, but in terms of graphic design... that was great.

thanx for this comment. unfortunately I can not change an uploaded video. Perhaps I will do a second Allosaurus with correct anatomy... Thanx to all, who posted comments :-)

Well, in some way your allosaurus came to life ! Fourth anatomical detail to keep in mind (sorry): the phalanges should be fully covered by flesh and skin from the ankle to the toes (it was my last anatomical comment, I promess). In any case don't hesitate to consult modern stuff concerning the illustration of prehistoric life, a talent like yours shouldn't be wasted! continue! never yield!

Yes, there were numerous anatomical mistakes, but the eyes being placed in the antorbital opening instead of the actual orbit, which is behind the lacrimal, not in front of it, really was annoying... The people that set up the skeleton made a mistake as well, but not a big one.
