cause i play a song in open tune and then a full notew and a half down so if it tuned itself i wouldn't have to have a guitar sitting opnt he side for the next song

When humans can tune an instrument to the accuracy of a machine, this device will be pointless. Until then, some of the "guitarists" here should chill. (Also, its nice for quick tuning shifts at shows, so as to avoid looking like a douche with a tuner while the crowd waits.) Final note: if you use a tuner for all the strings and think that's sufficient, give up guitar because using harmonics with distortion will provide better intonation for open strings to each other.
