danzig had every single right to sell the misfits.he created the band and almost all the music. No one really knew who the misfits where until danzig made it big in samhain/danzig and left misfits. danzig was done with the misfits and jerry wanted the band name beacuse without the band. he was a failure. so i see it as danzig doing him a favor and him a career again :]
