From what Phonte says...it was creative differences. I'm thinking there might of been some kinda bitterness over 9ths work outside of LB. 9th's name took off and his role in LB probably started to shrink with so much shit going on nahmean. But damn...whatever it was...it's a shame it had to end. But a group like LB, you know at some point it's gonna come full circle. They'll make another record together.

The reason they split is because Phonte and Pooh didn't want 9th making beats for other artists that sounded like Little Brother beats. Every beat he was making was sounding like LB and if everyone had a LB beat, then they would lose their sound.
So 9th bounced. I don't think they were bitter, it was just that they wanted to remain original...
