This might be off topic...but after watching all the various video snippets from around the world I've come to the conclusion that all people are pretty much the same and the root of all the world's people's problems stem from the greed of their ruling classes.

There's no such thing as an "anime" style in Japan. Especially considering the word anime in Japanese is more of a general term than one specifically for Japanese animation.

wow, what's interesting to me isn't that this is a really weird cartoon, that's to be expected, but that to some people at a certain time and place this WASN'T really weird. the differences in sensibility between me and the creators and intended audience for this cartoon must be huge. and that's damn interesting to me.

I noticed a few interesting things about this cartoon... First there's a part where traditional music is played on a guitar. Second, the story gives the impression to be based on a N
