The convicts are a pain in the ass to avoid, nearly impossible to kill, and respawn when you leave. This song kicks so much ass, it justifies their existence.

Its really actually simple... all you ned to do is to go to the entrance plaza and grab and melee wepon(preferably the pick hammer in the sport shop)(at least two, one if your inventory is short) then go to al fesca plaza and jump in the fountian and grab the SMG, Then go to the food court and grab as MANY wines as you can, then have them run into the tree, preferably you being behind thier car, then shoot the gunner, then kill the driver and passenger with the melee wepon.

I gave my survivors some shotguns and SMGs and proceeded to lure them around them and pelted them till they died. Idea I tried a while ago.
