Some argue that CIA operations were necessary during the Cold War. The Soviets were our nations biggest threat after WWII. And while we kept out of a real war with each other, we got a ton of blowback from the people we sponsored to do our proxy wars. "Why do people hate the US?", I hate when people say "because we stand for freedom". That's nonsense. People hate us because of our involvement in their lives. Eventually, they get sick of it, and they fight back. 9/11 is one such example.

They always need a pretext for war and if anyone reads the Neocons own document called "A project for a new american century" (PNAC) signed by top neocons in the 1990's and published onto the internet in 2000 which reveals all they need is a "new pearl harbour attack" (9/11) to rally the american people behind a "resource" war and the eventually invasion of 62 countries. This is why the CIA is well known for drug running which partly supports their black ops programs. Manuel Noreiga was on the CIA payroll in 1976 when George Bush Sr was the CIA head (drug running buddies).
Over course on Sept 10, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld came out to announce $2 TRILLION (of US Tax payer money) was MISSING from the pentagon, ooops. It was great timing on Rumsfelds behalf since 9/11 would happen the next day and everyone would completely FORGET about the missing $2 trillion.
