This made me cry: I have suffered Anorexia and still suffer the emotional and physical baggage that came with succumbing to the disease 8 years ago. I havent been able to fall pregnant, sounds superficial but i dont feel like a women because i dont have breasts and everyday around food is emotional tug of war. Good luck to all that are suffering from Anorexia - i hope one day you will be able to enjoy your life with out the shadow of Ana hanging over you.

Its not bad I mean I am naturally skinny and I am never happy with myself like I wanna be fat like healthy but as long as you use your judgement wisely and not starve yourself and you know eat healthy and follow a good nutritionist diet I dont think thats bad

What you are pointing at is illustrating that this problem is not about the fat itself...then you could just count calories and be thin in a healthy way.
This problem is psychological: it is about the feeling of selfesteem, control and vulnerability towards the world and people in it. That is what it is.

Well, you say you are going to be a doctor. I believe that people with anorexia are crying out for help, so this is mainly an issue/challenge for the pshycologists, not the medical doctors. Even though you will become a doctor it doesn't mean you have to sympatize with all...on the other hand you are not ready to be a neutral doctor yet, since you can't manage your temper yet?

sorry by disappoint you, but I can manage my temper very well! For me, I say No mercy to this sick idiots, if they have this psychological problem, why not search for help? One thing is search for help and admit that you have a problem, at this way, it's fine for me, but the ones that keep it hidden, like a super secret, I won't help persons like this, since they don't have courage enough to do that and search help

I see what many of you are saying, it is a very serious disease, but when you think about it, most of the time does it really just "hit you?" No. Many people feel uncomfortable with there body, which is understandable, but when you FORCE yourself not to eat, and you become very very skinny, do you really think thats 'beautiful?'
I for sure don't. BBW , Big beautiful woman. You don't have to be extremely skinny to be beautiful! But of course, with the many people saying you do, others follow.
