After more than an hour with the kids locked inside the house, police were called to the scene and found Britney to be "under the influence of an unknown substance." Paparazzi and local news crew cameras swarmed the gates of Spears' gated community, and snapped photos of a dazed Britney in the bac
k of an ambulance. Britney was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is being placed on a "medical hold." Kevin Federline showed up to support his ex-wife as did Jamie Spears, Britney's father, and Sam Lufti, her constant companion. Authorities are saying that Britney Spears has been "taken
in for an evaluation" following her hospitalization early this morning. Authorities also noted that no one was injured in what police are describing as a custody dispute, though there are reports that Jayden James was taken to the hospital, as well. Both Jayden and Sean Preston are now reportedly
