I wasn't referring to the fact that they didn't stop to help or be a witness. I was talking about how there would be no way for them to help. Such in the way of providing transportation, and I doubt that anyone on that RV had any medical knowledge at all or they probably would have made an attempt to help. So basically there would be no reason for them to stop other than the fact that It's the law which probably wouldn't have mattered anyway since there was already about 8 other witnesses.

The officers that arrived at that scene would not have cared to used all 8 people as a witness. It would be a waste of there time. They would talk to the 2 bikers that were nearest the biker that fell off when he did. You know, I actually arrived at the scene of a death today where this guy had overdosed on drugs. I was going over to purchase a motorcycle from someone. I was the second person to arrive at the scene of the death, But none of the officers told me to stick around to give my story.
