I think you're wrong about wwe of back then. If you are referring to the early to mid 1990's, then you have a point but from the mid 1980's to early 1990's the wwf was much better than it is today. It was worth buying a ppv back then because you would see matches that you almost never would see
on regular programming. It was magical and not a male soap opera like nowadays.
