| The toyota way is to lie to your employees, wear them out on jobs that are undo-able over 30 years, make harassment, intimidation, and regular threats a regular feature of your job and still lie to the public and say that you value "respect." They are among the biggest liars on earth and that is a fact. |

| tmmc in canada is so bad to work for that the employees have started a website to discuss the problems in the plant. How many employees do you know who do that? tmmc does not care about employee issues where pain, repetitive strain injuries are involved. They'll just fire you. There may some truth in what you say because I have been monitoring Toyota career opportunities for a couple of locations I was interested in and I've noticed there seems to be a periodicity for some job categories, meaning it looks like it is a revolving door. |

| The Kaizen model was origionally implemented by Ford, however the Japanese took the idea and actually put it to work and created the JIT environment in effect today. We have learned by their use of Kaizen. Only we are learning a day late and are a dollar short. It pays to be on the cutting edge of technological change. Innovation does not mean job loss, but job enhancement. If you Kaizen yourself out of a job position as the video explains Toyota will put that person into another position. |

| Excellent video. I work for McCain Foods Canada. McCain Global as a company started adopting the Lean system that Toyota and Taiichi Ohno perfected. As a worker I have seen first hand in how this program/attitude makes a difference. |

| The Toyota way might work if we could implement more robots than just relying on human labor. I like to have vacation 24-7 in the tropics too but I much prefer building things. It's going to be difficult for Americans who aren't use to hard work, that's why we need more geniuses who can up with a better solution. |
