Being taunted is a form of being provoked and the racist events that went on in Jena, Louisiana towards African American people is a form of egging the Jena 6 on since these events were directed to some of the people in the Jena 6 leading up to probable cause, and since nothing happened to the racist Caucasians (including Justin Barker) event after event after event, it is a high implication that the charges against the Jena 6 are trumped up/unfair get that through your dumb skull bitch.

You must have missed it when the guy who sucker punched the kid admitted it in court, under oath, and pleaded guilty. There was no fight, and no one tripped. There are very many eyewitnesses. BTW, the charge is aggravated assault, not attempted murder.
