| Yay for Linux! I am a dedicated Windows user and have been since I got my first computer, but I am now experimenting with Linux. I am using a live cd of Mandriva now, and I wonder if anyone can suggest a really good Linux distro I can have a go at. If I find one I really like, it will probly become permanent. |

| I would really suggest trying out Ubuntu. It is very easy to set up and run for most people (and computers.) Some swear by Redhat as well, but for someone who is new, you really cant go wrong with Ubuntu. Remember, too, that there are several graphical interfaces for each distro (Gnome comes installed on ubuntu and kde on Kubuntu) Gnome is very user friendly and is somewhat like mac in set up and kde is more cluttered, but has a lot of options. I would suggest sticking to gnome at first) |

| Put a shirt on!! Nice vid though. Especially at 1:30 mins. Kinda ruined the whole 'mellow' athmosphere you had going on. But you showed us the 3D desktop which is the whole purpose of the video. I am currently in the process of migrating from Windows PX to Ubuntu for kicks. Looks promising. |
