Southwest Airlines Pigskin Plane Pull

Video Description:
The football game between the University of Texas (UT) and the University of Oklahoma (OU) is a long-time tradition at the State Fair of Texas. The game, played at historic Cotton Bowl Stadium, is called the AT &T Red River Rivalry. (The Red River forms the border between Texas and Oklahoma.)
Four years ago, Southwest Airlines started a new event leading up to the game ... the Pigskin Plane Pull. Fans of the two schools (Employees and Friends of Southwest) compete to see who can pull an 83,000 pound Boeing 737 fifty yards the quickest. The team with the fastest time wins roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines and plenty of other prizes, including a chance to win tickets to the game.
It has become quite an event, as you'll see. This past Saturday, Oklahoma won a fiercely-contested 28-21 victory over Texas. But who won the really big event ... the Pigskin Plane Pull ... this year? Well ... you'll see that, too.

| These Southwest Airline Planes ALWAYS lands at the Albany International airport. (KALB) I think they are one of the coolest painted planes in the sky, probably because there is not muck of that ugly white on it. |

| It's not only SWA, notice how after they were fined 12 million, not 10, other airlines began doing a large inspection. Besides, they're crash rates are pretty low. Do your research first please. |

| Out of all the airlnes that went out of business back in the 70's and 80's, Southwest should have been one of them. This airline is destroying the entire airline industry. Sure they offer cheap tickets NOW, but wait and see when this airline forces several others out of bussiness and there are only a handfull of other airlines remaining. SWA not only kills other airlines, they also kill jobs. |
