Exactly....religion and science should be totally kept separate. If their book does throw some light on science, which I doubt, it should be used to build on, not to regress and retard. If the scientists are dumb enough to miss this point, at least they should keep off broadcasts like these, all these do is to discourage logical reasoning and having a scientific outlook. Religion might have something to do with blind faith, science certainly shouldn't.

Go do a research, go to the library, meet the astronomy professor not one but a lot of them from various places, hear their opinion and be Open Minded. The magnetic field is zero at mecca? wtf? The magnetic field would be weakest at the equator and strongest at the poles. This guy is referring to the magnetic declination at a particular location, which has absolutley zero affect on anything except for when reading a compass and establishing true north.
