No, that's not Townshend - I think its Steve Howe. I'm just a Townshend fan, and its interesting to find obscure performances.
And I too would love to get ahold of several DVDs from across the pond - several of the "Night at the Proms", the "Prince's Trust" concerts, and this. If anyone has sources, I'd be indebted.
