points 4th place = 25 points There are THREE elements to scoring points in Idol Search. 1. OFFICIAL JUDGES votes = 100 points 2. MYSTERY JUDGES votes = 50 points 3. PUBLIC VOTING - Amount will change every week in order to stay consistent with the number of finalists dropping. You DO NOT want to
receive a VOTE from an OFFICIAL JUDGE. If they vote for you, it means they are voting to ELIMINATE you. Official judges are picked by Cree before the season begins. You DO NOT want to receive a VOTE from a MYSTERY JUDGE. If they vote for you, it means they are voting to ELIMINATE you. Mystery judge
s are picked by Cree each week. You DO want to be voted on by the PUBLIC. Be it VIDEO RESPONSE VOTES, TEXT VOTES, or RATINGS VOTES, they all earn you MORE points! There are NO AGE RESTRICTIONS on entering Idol Search. FIRST PLACE finalists are the ONLY contestants NOT allowed to enter a new seaso
n of Idol Search. Idol Search is for American and Canadian residents ONLY. Here are the rules concerning calling into Idol Radio Show and Chillin' With Cree: The Cree Ingles Show: If you make the TOP 10, you are REQUIRED to call IDOL RADIO SHOW each week to perform. Failing to call Idol Radio Sho
w will result in an automatic disqualification. You will NOT be disqualified for not calling Idol Radio Show if you have contacted me and you have made alternate arrangements with Darryl and I to submit your performance for the week. If you make the TOP 10, you are REQUIRED to at least have a repr
esentative call in to the elimination show. The ACTUAL FINALIST calling is ALWAYS preferred. If you MUST have a representative call in for you, you must notify me of the representative calling in for you as soon as you know you can not call in. You MUST have a reasonable excuse for not being able t
o call in. If for some reason you do not call in AND do not appoint a representative to call in for you, it is at my discretion whether you will be disqualified or not. The circumstances of your inability to call the elimination show will be taken into consideration. Deadline for posting to this
