I think it's juvenile to say a cover is ever "better" than the original since it wouldn't even exist without the prior artist. I like both versions for different reasons.

Is this about the bombing of Germany or the American bombing of Japan? Or somethimg completely different? I remember from years ago Siouxie wearing a Nazi uniform complete with swastika, and the BBC going mental because of it. Is this song somehow related? Sorry to ask so many questions! But the lyrics seem more important when they are wtitten out....Cheers.
