| A younger Mosley will be a different fight. I think That Cotto make a different pace in every single fight. Watch Cotto Judah And you can see Cotto more agressive. He just went to win without any risk. Smart fight cuz Mosley shows hes not old as many people thought. |

| u sound like a sore loser. cotto came in with new weapons that bewildered mosley from round 1. I never saw mosley hug an oponent for dear life like he did cotto. look at mosley after the fight, busted eardrum swollen jaw. it was expected to be a close fight, mosley is an elite. just cuz cotto didn't walk thru him don't mean he didn't baet him. |

| a younger prime mosley WAH WAH WAH go cry me a river. thats always the excuse. he wasn't in his prime WAH WAH. before the fight it was mosley is too fast too strong etc etc. he also beat him with a straight right right after the jab and a left hook which busted and eardrum and swoll up mosley's jaw. |

| Shane didn't lose because he was old, he lost because he faced a better boxer. I don't know that Shane would've beaten Cotto if Shane was 9 years younger. Shane loaded up on his punches and made Cotto the faster, slicker fighter. Cotto also showed how poor Shane's defense is. |

| I gotta disagree it was a really close bout and mosley in his prime wow oh wow would that prehaps been the greatest fight ever, shane has never had excellent defense, his strenght and speed have been keys. Cotto is better but not as much as u would think, mosley or cotto could challenge mayweather |

| although i agree about cotto slowing a touch in the later rounds (i credit it to mosley slowing him down, and his inexperience boxing(i wish youtube had italics) at that level with that type of opponent; i think it was mosleys strength that put him in said tired state in the later rounds. shane looked to be very comfterble with miguel cottos strength. and i think mayweather will beat cotto if they fight within the next two or three years, but not savagely (fight of the millenium?) |

| shane's not really a boxer, shane's a fighter. perhaps shane could win a decision against cotto in his prime, but id bet that a young tough undefeated shane mosley and miguel cotto fighting would probably end in a mid round knockout going either way. we've seen both men stunned before (usually from single hard counter shots (money punches)) and we've seen both men show the ability to both finish, and survive. itd be fight of the year (again perhaps?) |

| agreed, cotto won on the jab. i also agree that a prime mosley would perhaps win the fight. however, i think that cotto might win a decision on the jab again in their "Prime fight" reguardless. silly concept really. anything can happen in a real boxing match, nevermind a hypothetical boxing match. protect yourselves at all times. ding |

| Prime Shane would beat Cotto, not that Cotto is a bad fighter or anything its just Prime Mosley was out of his league. Faster feet, better chin and Sugar worthy speed and power. Shane was only dropped in Forrest 1 btw. |
