I love this musical so much. I am a native Tulsa, Will Rogers HS 1972. Please tell me what happened to Oklahoma folk speech, ie accent in the songs. If the kids at Jenks can't get it, who can? If Hugh Jackman from New Zealand can also sing with the Okie accent, what happened in JENKS, OK?

I'm in the show and we all sing with accents, except our Laurie, who isn't all that good an actor, but it's just a matter of direction and effort.

Just done Oklahoma in my school, & i dont think this is very good compared to ours, the acting quality & singing quality isnt as good BUT THE SET IS WAY GOOD .

Who are you kidding? Excellent singing, acting could be more exaggerated and comical, but over-all if I had to generalize all high school musicals as being amateur, I'd say this was a very professional performance.

OMG we r doin this musical in my middleschool! Our Aunt Eller is SO much better, but i must admit that the singing in Jenks is better. But hey, give us a break, the actors are in 8th, 7th, and 6th grade! Our curly is shorter than out Lori though... And our costumes are better, but jenk's background is better
