I guess but if you ask someone that doesnt like rap they'd call him a rapper. But i guess people should not mention him and make him disapeer. But a lot of people that love hip hop use him as an extreme in representing the worst thing you could do to hip hop and turn it into pop hop as you said.

Lil Wayne i dont know if hes one of them but theres a group of artists that have really bad lyrics and are mainstream. Now dont get me wrong not all mainstream rap is bad but A LOT IS.
