Tests conducted at Shell Emission labs and financed by the newspapers who have bought this story shows that a single engine lawn mower GEET produces as much pollution as a six cylinder engine and torque about half(This may be noted from the same Marin Indepedndent Journal report referred to above)

What GEET does is it mixes Water( as Steam) and Fuel(as Smoke) as a combustible vapor phase mixture. Please see my other video showing this heavier than air vapor. GEET has no connection to Vortex, Plasma ball and all those quantum physics discoveries even at a very rudimentary level.
This is an innovative way to use the water's expansion properties inside a hot engine and derive additional power. This does not violate any laws of Physics and this is a time tested method that is already used in heavy trucks.
´s lot´s of people who have already built and replicated this system. Check the French GEET pages for details. Also the MIT have patented a similiar device which uses the same principles, that´s validation enough for me.
