Traditional/Heavy Metal. The key element of Thrash is speed, the tempo in this songs is way slower than at the previous albums

Not true. While early thrash was based on only speed, many bands grew out of that quickly. Peace Sells has some slow parts to it, and it's still a great thrash. So did Ride the Lightning. How is Fight Fire with fire or Trapped under ice not thrash?
