| It has to be next to impossible to get those full step bends on an acoustic guitar. So, I'm assuming these lessons are for electric guitar exclusively? |

| im doing all the blues on acoustic its not as good sounding as the electric and my fingers hurt like hell. but i havent bought a electric yet i was told its better learning on acoustic. then it should come easier on electric. is there any truth in this ? |

| i started on the acoustic for blues and it's really a godsend on the electric later. just that you can't really bend that much for acoustic so instead of bending i'll just play that note |

| To be honest, I'm not too sure. Try 10's, or if you choose 9's you might have to tighten your truss rod. But I always change strings and the only difference is the tightness of the strings. |
