I saw one show on discovery channel about one disease: whenever people get excited, sad or laughing too hard they just get unconsious! there are no signs of life. One woman been called dead for 3 times and she actually heard thse docs saying to make her prepared for morgue. and then she woke up there! horrible! but, yeah, I think they re-check couple of times b4 dead bodies get burned

What utter nonsense - how is a dead body gonna feel anything, let alone hellfire! And bodies that are buried decay completely to where only the skull and bigger bones remain. There is no 'bewaring the body', period, unless you let yourself be cryogenetically preserved. Cremation is the cleanest, most sensical way to dispose of a corpse.

I think I know what you mean but it is silly. There are Christians that believe being cremated prevents you from being resurrected and having eternal life. But if you believe that God can put together a bunch of rotten bones and give you a new celestial body you'd better believe he can do the same for those that were cremated. Otherwise he isn't very good at being God, the Creator of the universe and all there is.

I'm a Christian. And I believe it's your choice if your buried or cremated. It's how you lived your life that gets you into heaven. Not what they did with your bones after your dead.

Cremation just seems more right. I mean, being put in a box and left to rot underground doesn't sound dignified. Cremation seems cleaner and more spritual.

I don't feel any better one way or the other. Either they stick you in a hot hot oven. Or bury you in the cold cold ground. Nither one makes me feel good. But I won't be feeling when that day comes.

This is sad. Why don't we see it for what it is. Keep your own faith and don't bother me with it. Whether you're christian or muslim the key word is FAITH. The very idea of FAITH is that one doesn't know for sure. That's why one needs FAITH. So muslims...don't get cremated if it is against your FAITH. Christians...get cremated if you want. STOP ARGUING ABOUT WHO HAS THE BEST INVISIBLE FRIEND!

i just found out yesterday my dad was cremated when he died in 2005 :'( it shocked me so much
after 3 years i always thought of him in a coffin under the ground :'(
