Well they don't have to do any of the shoots on ANTM, but if they refuse they'll probably get eliminated that round. Two of the four models refused to do the nude shoot on the first season. I have that shoot on YouTube. There is actually a lot more nudity and sensually required of the models on some of the other modeling reality shows such as Janice Dickinson's show and Make Me a Supermodel.
