| See, and I'd disagree. This is exactly what the best of the best do. When he started with Temple and Soundgarden, he was full of energy, and Audioslave did the same thing for him. But now, as he gets a little older, he's changing his sound to something different, but still distinctly Cornell. He's just aging his sound a little. That's why he could make good music for another 10 or 15 years. He just ages it with him, and we've all got the CDs to go back to the original sound. ****1/2 |

| his voice is better than anyone thats been where he has, his originality is still top notch, thats all a given, non challengable, put all that aside and you will see the awesome fact that, his band hes playing with is some of THE BEST you will ever see find or dream up, he plays with only the best musicians for a reason:) |

| Are the Chris Cornell's songs depressive? Yes they are.But it's the wrong word to describe them...I'd prefer thougtful or meaningful. First of all- he was the leader of one of the "great four" bands that made grunge great:AIC Nirvana, PJ and of course Soundgarden.Two of the grunge legends were so deep in depressive moods that they commited suicides(Staley- overdose, Cobain, well...)Chris is alive n kickin...If Kurt screamed it didn't mean that he felt so young and full of energy I suppose... |

| good song but nothing beats his work on audioslave. The more i listen to his new work and that of tom morello, the more evident it becomes that audioslave needs to reform. Audioslave was just the best band, with the best bassist, singer, guitarist and drummer alive. |

| He nearly wrecked his voice doing Audioslave. He doesn't sound anywhere near as powerful nowadays 'cos of all the damage he did shouting and screaming. Don't get me wrong, I like Audioslave, but he should never have done it. His voice will never be back to how it was with Soundgarden and Euphoria Morning. |
