| Bend the truth why don't you, When neighboring tribes defeated another they would take slaves and they used them for trade. The slave traders went to Africa to get slaves because they were already there, Slavery has been in Africa for centuries and still is today. When slave traders first took slaves from Africa the fact that they were black wasn't even an issue. Racism and the dehumanization of blacks occurred because it is easier treat people that way if you believe they are sub-human. |
