The gases are in a vacuum? A vacuum doesn't have any gases in it. And you can't transfer heat to "nothing".
The "device" uses "heat from the exhaust" to convert "something" into "something else"... and yet the exhaust is the same temperature as the surrounding air?

take some time to read the comments to understand what he is talking about. no snake oil, just steam reforming and internal staic generated sparks that emit x-rays. I've heard lots of people when talking about an engine intake refer to "a vacuum" including just about any auto mechanic. Please don't have such a stiff brain to assume that "a vacuum" has to be an absolute vacuum.

Not a joke. Steam reforming works great. Lots of people have made these and they work. I made 1 and it works. google search steam reforming, fuel reformer, plasma fuel reformer. Paul is where is he today because he was telling too many people that it works. Even the claim of transmuting elements has been replicated by scientist in France. Find plans in the yahoo group: VortexHeatExchanger google it. else google: FuelReformerTechnology.zip The zip file is a free download. Beware of the "Free Internet Plans" because the pipes they show often have an inner weld ridge that blocks the swirl motion of the gases and that stops it from working well and then all you have is a fuel vapourizer not a fuel reformer. They can still work as a fuel reformer but smooth pipes are much better.

Maybe it will work again tomorrow. Maybe someone complained it was spam but it is all free and has no links to anything for sale.

Fission & fusion usually involve high velocity smashing. All force carriers can be thought of as having a phase and frequency. If you change the phase then the attractive force becomes more of a repulsive force. Smashing at a lower velocity can then succeed at making atoms come apart or fuse together in different ways.
