I can't find any English info on Sound Horizon, all I know is that their music/performances are heavily European-flavored, but are their concerts and albums structured along a story or poem and they tell a tale while performing?

Nearly all the info of Sound Horizon in the net is in japanese, logically.

The ELYSION songs talk about El and his "father" Abyss. Abyss is an evil man who feels really alone. To cover this sadness, he makes a puppet named "El" and gives her human life. Abyss promises her a fantastic world, a "rakuen" (paradise) where they'll live eternally, but this rakuen is only an invention of human mind.
