Richard was with the Heartbreakers only for a short time. There are recordings of this version. Richard had long left by the time The Heartbreakers recorded LAMF!!! I used to see them at Max*s when I DJed there. Richard would get really pissed off on stage and create a scene!

Hey are you really Jaynecounty? I believe you from the ref and remember, if you don't mind my saying, Wayne. I have a wonderful memory of when I first moved away from home and was living in a very crowded flat. A man collecting money came round, I was very polite, he went very red and left. I was playing 'If you don't want to f*** me, f*** off' (I am only using asterisks as imagine I this will go if not, though a bit pitiful to self-censor).

I grew up in a building with Richard Hell Allan Ginsberg and a lot of other freaks from back in the day on 12th st on the LES Richard and Ivan were great guys years later I started the Cro-mags . NYHC!!!
