| I know Toby's brother, worked on the estate settlement, got it from the horse's mouth... the falling telephone pole hit him. I also saw the last photo taken of him as he was loaded into the ambulance. The head injury involved most of his skull, he only lived a few minutes. Toby was a great guy, shoulda been more careful |

| This is a surreal clip to watch because I was on that set every day almost 20 years ago when we filmed it. I was a camera man on the film and we seemed to cheat death everyday. Toby wasn't so lucky, obviously. He was standing right next to me when the tower went down prematurely (my camera was on a hi-hat at the base of the tower). Toby ran to my left, 90 degrees from the tower's fall. The cables snapped, somehow missed me, took out the phone pole, tracking Toby perfectly. We know the rest |

| @Pelicam13: Poor Toby. I kinda wish he had lived, because I would have loved to have seen the sequel to the original Gone in 60 Seconds. I'm a big fan of the first one. |
