tion of Pot's own special brand of social reform. Mental illness is rife and neighbour still fears neighbour.

Yes - khmer rouge was really fucked, however its funny how it's not commented on how they got so much power as they did! How the US was bombing Cambodia, trying to hit escapees from the vietnam war but hitting and killing everyone else, leaving the otherwise friendly and progressive Cambodia with no other choice than to support the non-american friendly party - the khmer rouge...
