man, i wish disney still made movies like this. the music is awesome. i think enchanted was the closest they've gotten to the original disney in a while, with all the princess stuff and singing and dancing.

no, i mean, like disney had to change it from how disney already made it. Okay, for example, the girl's name was supposed to be maddie..but I believe some african american's complained it was a "poor person's name" so they changed it to tiana. And tiana was supposed to be a chambermaid, but I think those same people complained that all the other colored princesses werent maids, so they made her a princess, wich doesnt make any sense b/c the movie is set in the US& the US doesnt have princesses.

Yes. Exactly, most Disney films go through changes just like that, some more marked than others. For instance- Rescuers down Under's "Cody" was going to be Aboriginal, and hs name wasn't Cody. And by "Princess", I don;t think she will be a literal princess, I think more like the daughter of someone who owns property or something. These structural changes happen all the time in Story (where stories are written). Usually we don't find out about them, but someone did and made a big deal of it.
