The Sweet was a great band, but I, personally, thought that they were underrated. I am from Indiana, and I was a kid when the band became popular in the United States during the 1970s. This documentary focuses on the commercialism of rock from the band's point of view, 1970s style. That was long before CDs, DVDs, cable television, digital computers, and even IPod's. This was made about 1974.

Sweet we're a fab band,tite as hell,loved The Who perhaps too much, or Deep Purple,Andy will always be rememered for Gibby 335 feedback, and with a Bigsby Tremolo Arm, Awesome !!!Was with them at Maida Vale BBC studios doing Jimmy Young sessions,for radio 2 morning shows,it was 'in and out'next please,after Sweet if I remember,Toe Fat,Midnite Sun,Cliff Bennette etc,alan on guitar,Mr B. Wow this is fantastic I've never really heard the band talk before. They are obviously all real blokey underneath all the glitter which is kinda ironic.They were smart enough to know they were on a good thing and made some top pop records.
