It's his own eye technique, if it was true Mangekyou, he could do Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and such. So perhaps there's another way to evolve the Sharingan rather than the "traditional" methods of betraying/killing your friends, comrades, and family members.

The other theory that's been popular has been that he feels responsible for Obito's death, and that Obito was his "best friend" at the time, but I'm not sure I put too much faith in this since Kakashi's only new ability so far shown is the "teleport things to another dimension" aspect, which is not a Mangekyou ability.

Holy.... This is awesome. Like the most of you guys i cant wait for next week. Lets see if its Obito or Madara... or whoever! But he looked waaay too young for Madara, but also too old for Obito.

I bet it is obito because he has only one sharingan eye. Kakashi's left eye is a sharingan eye but and tobi' is the right eye^^

Remember, Uchiha Madara is immortal. So, he should look about the same age as when he stole his brother's eye.
And, Kakashi's doujutsu maybe some type of variant from the Susano'o.

its just that people love the sharingan and now the ms, remember when byakugan, was said to be stronger, watch next week, sharingan will be stronger than rinnegan lol

Susano'o is more like a summoning of an ethereal being, it doesn't seem like Kakashi's space/time jutsu is much of a variation on that. o_O If it was, it would be a very long strength to be a variant of Susano'o.

Also, immortal doesn't necessarily mean his body can't age. If that were true, Hidan would have been a child forever, since he's a true immortal. :/

lol I'd laugh if that happened, but I think Kishi is building up the Sharingan so that when the Rinnegan is even more powerful than -that- then it'll blow our minds. While I kinda dislike sharingan taking over the manga and discussions, there is a big reason for that. It's because it's somewhat more interesting than Naruto. :/ You never know what you'll get out of the Sharingan and the drama with it, but you do know generally what Naruto will do/what he's capable of. Sans the Kyuubi anyway.

You know nothing. Maybe if you read "Kakashi Gaiden" then you would know how Kakashi got his sharingan. I would post how he got it here but I don't want to spoil anything. Read the Manga is you want to find out.
