She's comparing David Lynch to Julian Clary who is a British gay comedian popular at that time for his risky innuendo jokes. Consequently, he had a show in 1990 called 'Sticky Moments'. What that has to do with Twin Peaks I don't know lol!

That fat bird on the right has no idea of what she speaks...It seems to me foreigners like to pick their own brains over this show, where Americans "just get it", or rather, just let the show get on and enjoy all the nuances of the "American character landscape", surreal as it is....Thanks for posting this.
